After retiring in Sonoma County CA, I rediscovered my passion for singing and performing. I am proud to be the lead singer with the Classic Rock Band, The CopperCats!

I’ve always loved the bottom end. Started playing bass after I retired and wish I would have started sooner. I have a blast playing classic rock with my fellow ‘Cats’.

Drums started calling to me when I was around 13 years old, and I've been playing drums off and on, ever since. It is what makes me feel good. Classic rock is also a favorite music style of mine. I would often daydream that I am in a band with people I really enjoy playing music with, and having a great time. Then it happens. Rock On, CopperCats.

Born with a congenital facial muscle spasm, I was unable to smile normally until age 14. Even today, I sometimes cannot fully control my tongue. With few friends during a difficult childhood, I ran away from home and traveled with a circus. It was there that Tatiana the Tattooed Lady gave me my first guitar lesson. With plenty of time to practice, I took to it quickly. I continued to develop my skills performing in a sideshow, where I did hard rock versions of show tunes. Several years later, a promoter booked me a gig performing at an educator’s conference. This was the beginning of a long career. Thirty-eight years later, I retired and was fortunate enough to join a very cool band called the Coppercats.

I’m a Pisces. I enjoy long walks on sandy beaches, Cool crisp Autumn mornings, the smell of pumpkins spice candles, and playing silky smooth mouth watering ear crushing rock n roll with my comrades in the CopperCats.

I grew up loving music from a very young age. It’s always been a dream of mine to be a part of it. I’m thankful to work with such fun loving and talented group as the Cats. Having a blast, Rock On!
